1:1 Remote Coaching

1. Initial consultation

This consultation will be performed in person or over zoom, this Is a time for me as coach to find out where you are in your journey, where you want to be and how to suitably, effectively and safely bridge the gap. This will be a chance to ask any questions regarding anything, Fitness, Lifestyle & Nutrition.

2. Movement Assessment

You will perform a movement assessment which consists of various basic movements, I will monitor and assess any patterns that need prioritising over others. This will give you a baseline of movement patterns and endurance. Priorities will be made and this will be looked back on to monitor progress. This can be done online too with the option to film your movement screening.

3. Build

Once your program has been built, you will receive your daily fitness through CoachRX. This will be fully tailored to your exercise goals, and based on your lifestyle factors, nutrition and movement assessment. You will have daily contact with your coach in case you have any questions about a workout. By logging daily scores, reps and weights and comments will help your coach assess and adapt your program to keep you progressing.

4. Assess & Adapt

Your fitness program will be written weekly, giving me time to adapt your program accordingly. Then, each month you have the option to spend 30 minutes on a call to catch up and discuss your month of training, nutrition and lifestyle factors. Talking about what went well, what didn’t and how we can keep moving forward.

5. Educate

I will educate you along the process, and help you understand the reasons behind the exercise, nutrition and lifestyle prescriptions that are set for you and give you informative answers to any questions you may have
